The tour was held as part of the International Tourism Forum in Sochi and the 22nd international tourist exhibition Resorts and Tourism. Season 2015-2016 "
The program included inspections of 42 accommodation facilities in all areas of Greater Sochi, excursions, ski resorts, visits to the Forum and exhibitions.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN promotional tour:
- Participation of a representative agent in a promotional tour is possible only if the signing of a supplementary agreement to the agency agreement.
- Participation of 1 representative agent in a promotional tour is free when signing a supplementary agreement to the agency agreement for compulsory execution of sales in the amount of not less than 800 000 rubles. in the period from 26.11.2018 till 30.06.2019, with the participation of 2 representatives AGENT compulsory sales in the period from 26.11.2018 to 30.06.2019 shall be not less than 1.6 million rubles.
- The cost of participation in the promotional tour will be returned to the agent after summing up the agents to work on the program "Open South", based on the reporting agent. Term summarizing - 30.06.2019g.
- The sales included the permit:
- ONLY in the accommodation facilities - participating in the program "Open South" and only for the duration of the program in object placement.
- for which the agents are fully transferred money to the United Service and which had already taken place. Accounting for sales agents maintain their own.
- In the case of non-established sales, the amount paid by the Agency for participation in the promotional tour, not refundable.
