How to organize useful meetings at the SIFT international tourist forum in Sochi?

The international tourism forum SIFT will delight participants with a business program, exhibition venue and meeting appointment service (SIFT Meetings).

In 2021, each exhibitor and professional visitor of the forum-exhibition will be able to see other registered participants in advance on the appointment appointment portal and initiate meetings with them. In the days of the forum-exhibition, a special SIFT Meetings business zone will be allocated, where it will be comfortable and simple to conduct negotiations. A month before the start and on the days of the event, all registered meeting participants will be accompanied by a meeting appointment service team whose main goal is to make your meetings with partners, clients, investors accessible and comfortable.

Every year, over 3,000 people visit the SIFT 2021 International Tourism Forum for 2 days, 98% of which are representatives of corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, government agencies, and foreign delegations.

How does the appointment service work?

• The appointment service is available only for registered participants (exhibitors) and professional visitors to the event
• Immediately after registering for an event, you get access to the free SIFT Meetings appointment service.
• On the SIFT Meetings appointment appointment service page, you will see a list of all registered participants and visitors, you can find people you are interested in by searching and filters, initiate meetings
• On the days of the event, at the appointed time, you will have access to the negotiation zone at the SIFT Meetings meeting appointment service site

• You see in advance all the participants of the event with their profiles
• You can plan your meetings in advance.
• You have a special venue on the days of the event for a comfortable meeting

How to use the service:

• After registering on the site of the international tourism forum SIFT within 24 hours you will receive an email with a username and password to the SIFT Meetings appointment system at the email address specified during registration (for professional visitors). For participants (exhibitors), a letter will be sent after filling out your personal account *
• Directly from the received letter go to your profile.
• Using search filters, select the desired category of participants and visitors
• Make an appointment for the participant or visitor of interest and wait for a confirmation response
• On the confirmed day and time, come to the special business zone of the appointment service SIFT Meetings at the event where you will be escorted to the table reserved for you.

Time limit:

• for each meeting you are given no more than 20 minutes
• if you don’t confirm the meeting within 5 days, it will be automatically canceled. You must make an appointment again.
